You can choose to retain the books if you have not finished reading the book. This will mean that delivery of books for that week will be SKIPPED that week. You will have to let us know in case you want to retain books, no later than end of Thursday, by sending us a Whatsapp message to 78250-26657

Currently, you can let us know about your choice of author or book in the subscription form at the time of registration. If the choices vary during your subscription period, you could message us at 78250-26657. In future, you will have the ability to alter your choices yourself by logging into our website using your member login. Thanks for your patience while we still work on getting this to you shortly.

Absolutely, and we are aware and acknowledge the need for us to stay safe and protect ourselves and our little ones during COVID. Please be assured that our delivery personnels are trained to handle delivery during COVID. They wear masks and maintain social distancing. They undergo screening every week before the delivery begins for any symptoms relatedto COVID. We have dedicated bags for your delivery and the bags and books are put away for 4 days before they are collected again for recirculation. In addition to all these safety measures, you can choose 'Contactless Delivery' under the 'Delivery Preference' to let us know, and we will make sure to leave the delivery bag outside your house without making contact with you.

Well, if you have chosen 'Contactless Delivery', please check that you have placed all your books from the week safely inside your delivery bag and leave it outside your door steps. Our delivery personnel will pick up the bag and replace it with new sets of books for the week. And they will ring your door bell (will not meet you however) to let you know that the book exchange has happened.

We appreciate your enthusiasm in getting to know us better. However, as our collection is vast, it will not be possible for us to share the entire list of books with you. We can however clarify for your if we carry with us a particular author or series that you are interested in. Please call or message us regarding the same.

Our quarterly subscriptions are already offered at a reduced price to help you save on a longer term subscription and benefit from the loyalty you have with us. We will not be able to discount any further than the rates listed in the website. You can however benefit from promotions that we run from time to time, which you will be made aware of periodically through whatsapp communication.
