1. A one time registration fee of Rs.200 will be collected along with the first month subscription

2. We trust that the books will be handled with utmost care. However, in the event of unexpected damage, the deliver person will share a consent form with you to agree on the damage.

3. Books shall be delivered on the weekends.

4. Books delivered and returned will be checked in front of you by the delivery person. However, should you choose a contactless delivery, we encourage you do that and warn us of any damages immediately after you open it, if you see one.

5. BooksTrail holds the right to choose the collection of books in our library, however, any suggestions and requests are welcome, and we will try our best to cater to the requests.

6. We do our best to ensure COVID safety. Our delivery personnels will be thoroughly scanned for safety. However, if you prefer contactless delivery, it has to be called out under "Delivery Preference" in the subscription form.
